1. What is expected from event organiser?
For most food stalls, we will need 13amp power outlet, availability of water point, and a table. We will take care of all other part of the event, including provision of manpower to operate the booth, ingredients, equipment, packing materials and delivery/set-up.
2. How many pax can your Live Station cater for?
Usually our Live Station food estimate is based on 1 operator producing at a reasonable pace for the time catered. If you are expecting a large crowd and require more quantity of food prepared, please inform us for a separate quote so we can increase the number of manpower and food.
3. How long before my event should I make a booking?
We recommend to reach out to us (via email – sales@nurydianxin.com or whatsapp/call us at +65 8095 4611) as soon as you may have an idea so we can brainstorm improvements and areas where you may have missed. We would be able to do events with one week of notice / advance payment. For last minute booking, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
