Minimum Order
- Bento & Mini Buffet: $80 (excluding GST & delivery)
- Full-Setup Buffet: $300 (excluding GST & delivery)
General Delivery Information
- Delivery time can be arranged at any time from 8am to 7pm
- Deliveries outside of this time will have surcharges as stated below
- Kindly note that the arrival time may vary 30 minutes before or after the stated time due to unforeseen circumstances or traffic conditions
- In an unlikely event that a menu item becomes unavailable, Nury reserves the right to replace any menu item with another item of similar value if the customer cannot be reached via the contact details provided
Delivery Fees
- Bento & Mini Buffet: $25
- Full-Setup Buffet: $70
Delivery Surcharges
- Area Surcharge (CBD, Orchard, Sentosa & Tuas)
- Bento & Mini Buffet: $10
- Full-Setup Buffet: $20
- Early/Late Hour Surcharge (before 8 am; after 7 pm): $50
- Non-Lift/Non-Ramp Access Surcharge: $30 per Level (applicable for full-setup buffet only)
- All surcharges are before GST. It will be charged separately once our representative reaches you to confirm on your order.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Administrative fee of $80 (excluding GST) will be deducted to cover processing costs
- Cancellations made at least 1 week before the event will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days and more than 3 days before the event will incur a 30% charge of the total amount paid
- Cancellations made less than 3 days and more than 24 hours before the event will incur a 50% charge of the total amount paid
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours
