Refund policy

Unless otherwise stated, or clearly indicated in this Refund Policy (“Policy”), all capitalised terms in this Policy shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Terms <ihttps://www.nurydianxin.com/policies/terms-of-service>.

Once an order is being processed using Credit Card, PayNow or Bank Transfer, consumers are not able to cancel their orders. Any orders that must be cancelled should contact Nury Dian Xin's customer support team. An administrative fee of $10 on top of the prevailing third party credit card or bank charge will be charged for this situation. Do note as all sales are final on checkout, we are not able to waive off these charges as these are charged externally and these are additional time cost for our staff to process the refund and do the relevant checks and communications.

Once you placed an order using PayNow or Bank Transfer, please make payment for the total amount shown in your order summary and/or invoice by 5pm (our cut-off time) on the same day of your purchase for your order to be successful and delivered to you on your selected date and time. If payments are not received by our cut-off time, your order will be cancelled automatically. Please follow the instructions here.

When you place an order using PayNow or Bank Transfer, it is your onus to pay the correct amount stated in your order summary and/or invoice. The correct amount will be the total amount stated in your order summary and/or invoice.

Any shortages of amount will be considered as non-payment, and your order will be automatically cancelled if the outstanding amount is not made by our cut-off time (5pm) on the same day of your purchase. Please note that if your order is cancelled due to outstanding amount, the refund for your amount paid will be subjected to a $10 administrative fee.

If you pay an amount that exceeds your required payment, a refund will also be subjected to a $10 administrative fee. In the event if the refund amount does not have sufficient funds for the deduction of $10 administrative fee, for e.g. payment of 50 cents extra, it will be considered as the correct payment made for your order, and no refund will be available. However, any future discounts given regarding this matter (for e.g. Promo Code to discount your 50 cents extra for your next purchase) will be at the discretion of Nury Dian Xin Delight Pte Ltd.

There will be no exchanges, return or refund for any orders that have been processed or delivered.

There will be no exchanges, return or refund for any orders without promotion codes in the event even if the customer is eligible for one. Refund or any future discounts regarding this matter will be at the discretion of Nury Dian Xin Delight Pte Ltd without liability.

If you miss your payment (i.e. non-payment or outstanding payment) using PayNow/Bank Transfer for more than two times which resulted in your order to be cancelled automatically, you will be considered as "Dead Buyer" and your account will be suspended for future purchases. Nury Dian Xin Delight Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate, suspend or cancel user accounts and transactions if there's a breach of terms. Please see our Terms of Service.

In the event if there's a refund, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method that is being used for that transaction (i.e. if you purchased through credit card, it will be refunded to the same credit card you used for payment; if you purchased through PayNow, it will be refunded to the same PayNow number you used for payment; if you purchased through Bank transfer, it will be refunded to the same Bank Account Number you used for payment).

Nury Dian Xin Delight will not adhere to any request for the amount to be refunded to other places besides the original transaction destination i.e. through cash or other credit card, bank account number or PayNow mobile number).

From time to time, a request will be subjected to a verification process by our customer support team. You are required to provide the necessary information to proceed with your enquiries.

If we are unable to verify you, no request shall be fulfilled. Nury Dian Xin Delight Pte Ltd reserves the right, without liability, to reject any request that is unverifiable.
