Shipping policy

Unless otherwise stated, or clearly indicated in this Shipping Policy (“Policy”), all capitalised terms in this Policy shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Terms <ihttps://www.nurydianxin.com/policies/terms-of-service>.

  • By reading this delivery information, you understand that Nury Dian Xin Delight delivers Halal Pau and Dim Sum to you. You will need to receive these goods at the timing you stated after you placed an order
  • All products are cooked, packed and distributed as chilled products. Please read the storing and steaming instructions at every product description. If you have any further enquiries, please contact us here or through our website chat system.
  • Our standard practice for labelling product shelf life ("Best Before" date) is seven days starting from the day of your delivery. It is advisable to follow our storing instructions stated on our label or website.
  • Delivery Fee is calculated on the basis of per order per location. This also applies for promotion relating to Delivery Fee.
  • "Per Order, Per Location" means that our delivery fee is charged on the basis of one order to one delivery location.
  • Delivery fees are as follows:
    • $4.99 for orders below $35
    • $2 for orders between $35 and $45
    • Free for orders above $45
  • We do not accept Cash On Delivery (C.O.D). Orders will only be processed when we receive the payment. You may purchase through our website using your credit card (Visa, Master and Amex) or PayNow. Please follow the instructions here. 
  • Nury Dian Xin Delight Pte Ltd serves and delivers its products only in Singapore. We do not offer international shipping.
  • No Go Zones are places such as Military Camps, Offshore islands (for e.g. Pulau Tekong, Pulau Ubin, St. John Island, Corney Island) and restricted areas that requires high level of clearance, Jurong Island and restricted airline and cargo areas such as Airport Cargo Complex and Arline Road
  • To ensure the freshness of the goods, there will not be re-delivery. If the delivery to you is unsuccessful, we will leave your orders at your doorstep or at the security guardhouse and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage thereafter. You will be informed via email, phone call, SMS or any digital communication regarding the unsuccessful delivery.
  • If we are unable to do any of the above to deliver your orders to you, you will have to repurchase your products at 100% of its value and the relevant delivery and surcharge fee once our delivery personnel leave your destination. 
  • Our system will show you our next available delivery date. Daily cut-off time at 5pm. Delivery will be done between 7.30pm to 3pm, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver daily on Sunday and Public Holidays.
    • Minority based on specific dates and timings – requests for specific timings out of Nury Dian Xin Delight system cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the drivers’ delivery routes scheduled for that day; an express delivery is recommended instead. Please contact Nury Dian Xin Delight Customer Support for assistance.
    • Nury's cut-off time for orders is 5pm daily. Delivery will be done between 7.30am to 3pm, Monday to Saturday. Nury Dian Xin Delight Pte Ltd reserves the right to make any changes to our cut-off timings and delivery time slots without notice and liability.
    • There will be a surcharge (starting from $15) for Express Delivery or delivery out of Nury Dian Xin Delight's timing.
    • Once order is being processed, consumers are not able to cancel their orders. Any orders that must be cancelled should contact Nury Dian Xin Delight customer support team. An administrative fee of $10 will be charged for this situation.
    • Nury Dian Xin Delight will not be responsible for inaccuracy of information such as wrong address and/or in the No-Go-Zones. Orders that are being rejected due to this reason will also have an administrative fee of $10. 
    • All items sold/collected are strictly non-refundable and non- exchangeable
    • Prices in this catalogue are correct at the time of print and may be subjected to changes
    • Products are subjected to availability. Nury Dian Xin Delight Pte Ltd reserves the right to make any changes to the product of equal value.
    • There will also be an area additional handling fee of starting from $10 for delivery in (but not limited to) Central Business District (CBD), Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Tuas and Changi Airport
    • Once you placed an order using PayNow or Bank Transfer, please make payment for the total amount shown in your order summary and/or invoice by 5pm (our daily cut-off time) on the same day of your purchase for your order to be successful and delivered to you on your selected date and time. If payments are not received by our cut-off time, your order will be cancelled automatically. Please follow the instructions here.
    • If you miss your payment (i.e. non-payment or outstanding payment) using PayNow/Bank Transfer for more than two times which resulted in your order to be cancelled automatically, you will be considered as "Dead Buyer" and your account will be suspended for future purchases. Nury Dian Xin Delight Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate, suspend or cancel user accounts and transactions if there's a breach of terms. Please see our Terms of Service.
    • Nury Dian Xin Pte Ltd reserves the right to adjust Delivery fee, Surcharge and/or Delivery Time-Frame from time to time without notice or liability.
    • All monetary value stated is in Singapore Dollar (SGD).
